We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.
Returns
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Art and Cookbooks: To protect the intellectual property of authors and artists, we are unable to accept returns on art and cooking books. This is to prevent the copying of their content before return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
