Our Promise

We take great care in describing the condition of our second-hand books, but if you receive a book that is not as described or has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you.

How to Make a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

1. Contact Us: Please email our customer support team at curiositycove27@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. To help us process your return quickly, please include your order number, the title of the book you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Await Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization and the return shipping address. Please do not send items back to us without prior authorization.

3. Package Your Return: Please ensure the book is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. The book must be returned in the same condition you received it.

4. Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.[3] If the return is due to an error on our part (for example, if we sent the wrong book or it was damaged), we will refund the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned book, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

While we strive to be as flexible as possible, there are a few items that are not eligible for return. These include:

• Art and Cookbooks: To protect the intellectual property of authors and artists, we are unable to accept returns on art and cooking books. This is to prevent the copying of their content before return.
